Returns & Exchanges

At Manitobah, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new mukluks or moccasins aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the unworn items in their original box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 7-10 business days.
